Frequently Asked Questions

You can pay from your wallet balance (topped up via Mobile Banking), or pay instantly with bKash / Nagad / Rocket through the payment gateway on supported products.

Wait a few minutes and check your transaction history - the delivery status is shown there. If it still shows pending or failed, contact support with your Order ID and our team will complete the top-up manually for you.

If the top-up has already been delivered to the wrong ID it cannot be reversed. Contact support immediately with your Order ID - if delivery has not happened yet we can help.

Redeem FFxCoin for discount coupons in the FFxCoin Store, then apply the coupon code on the checkout page. Coupons work on diamonds, Indonesia diamonds, likes and Guild Glory - one coupon per order.

Some products depend on the player's in-game server region (for example Indonesia Topup needs an Indonesia account), not on the website language. Enter the correct UID and the page will tell you whether the account is eligible.

Open the Support page from the headset icon, or reach us on Telegram and Facebook. Please include your Order ID so we can help faster.

After you submit a report on the Support page you get a report number (RPT_...). All your reports are listed under 'My Reports' on the Support page with their live status — Pending means we are still working on it, Resolved means it is solved.

Likes are delivered instantly — your wallet is only charged when the likes are actually sent. If delivery is not possible (for example the player already received likes today) nothing is charged and no pending order is created.
